Kathy lives on a cattle and hay ranch just outside of Sisters, Oregon on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains.
Her watercolors are rich with color and pattern. Kathy’s work is collected throughout the Pacific Northwest and has been featured on clothing by Columbia Sportswear, been translated into a full line of quilting fabrics and interpreted in glass. She has work in several permanent collections throughout the state. In 2008 Kathy was selected to create the Oregon State Ornament for the White House Christmas Tree and in 2009 was a featured artist on Oregon Art Beat. Her image “Coming Home” was featured as the cover of the 2010 OPB calendar.
Celebrating all that is Oregon is Kathy’s passion. If she knocks on your door and wants to paint your farm or field-- please let her!
